This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement"), along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Interactive Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). It governs your access to and use of all Interactive Studios websites, games, applications, forums, digital products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

01 Scope of Services & Acceptance
1.1 The Services

Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability.

1.2 Agreement Supremacy

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Interactive Studios, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

1.3 Your Equipment & Costs

You are responsible for all equipment, internet access, software, and any third-party fees required to use the Services. We provide no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access.

1.4 Third-Party Platforms

Our Services operate on and integrate with third-party platforms including Roblox and Discord. Interactive Studios is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. All respective trademarks belong to their owners.

02 User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation & Eligibility

To access most features, you must register an account. You represent that all submitted information is truthful and accurate, you are at least 13 years of age, and your use does not violate any applicable law.

2.2 Minors (Ages 13–17)

Users between 13 and 17 may only use the Services with express parental or guardian consent. Parents and guardians who permit minor access are jointly liable for all activity and financial obligations arising from that use.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

2.4 Account Suspension & Termination
  • For Cause: We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our discretion for breaches of this Agreement, including Code of Conduct violations, false information, harassment, cheating, or initiating improper chargebacks. Termination for cause results in forfeiture of all account assets with no refund.
  • For Convenience: We may terminate accounts for business reasons. In this case, you may receive a prorated refund for unused, pre-paid subscription time.
  • By You: You may close your account at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
  • Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 180 or more days may be terminated at our discretion.
03 Intellectual Property & License
3.1 Ownership

All content within the Services — including software, graphics, trademarks, music, and the overall "look and feel" — is owned or licensed by Interactive Studios. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment only, subject to ongoing compliance with this Agreement.

3.3 License Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, sell, or create derivative works from the Services. You may not use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized software to interact with or scrape data from the Services.

04 Donations & In-Game Perks

You may make voluntary financial contributions ("donations") to support the community. In appreciation, we may provide in-game perks such as virtual items, ranks, or currency ("Perks"). You acknowledge that:

  • Perks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Your receipt of Perks grants only a limited, revocable license to use them within the Services.
  • We may modify, remove, or re-price Perks at any time without liability.
  • Selling, trading, or transferring Perks or accounts outside official mechanisms is a material breach of this Agreement.
05 User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, post, or transmit ("UGC"). By submitting UGC, you grant Interactive Studios a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from your UGC for any purpose. You also waive any moral rights related to your UGC. Any suggestions or feedback you provide becomes the exclusive property of Interactive Studios.

06 Financial Terms & Refund Policy
6.1 Authorization

By donating, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the specified amount. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6.2 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the current term.

6.3 Refund Policy
ALL PAYMENTS AND DONATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, accidental payments, or accounts terminated for cause.
6.4 Chargeback Policy

Initiating an improper chargeback is a material breach of this Agreement. You agree to pay liquidated damages of $250.00 USD per improper chargeback, in addition to the original transaction amount. We reserve the right to pursue collection through any legal means available.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Violations of the following may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account:

  • Harassment & Abuse: Harassing, threatening, bullying, defaming, or using hate speech toward any user or staff member.
  • Technical Misuse: Using cheats, exploits, bots, or any means that gives an unfair advantage or disrupts the Services.
  • Illegal Activity: Transmitting illegal, fraudulent, or obscene content, or infringing the rights of any third party.
  • Impersonation: Impersonating staff, other users, or any real-world person or entity.
08 Beta Testing

Alpha and beta versions of the Services are provided "AS-IS" without warranty. They may contain bugs or defects. Game progress, Perks, and data may be wiped at any time. Participation is confidential — you agree not to disclose any non-public information about pre-release Services.

09 Health & Safety Warning

A small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to certain flashing lights or patterns during video game use. If you or a family member has an epileptic condition, consult a physician before playing. Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience dizziness, altered vision, muscle twitches, disorientation, or convulsions.

10 Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnification
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.00 USD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
10.3 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Interactive Studios and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your UGC, your breach of this Agreement, or any activity under your account.

11 Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any permitted court proceedings must be brought in Los Angeles County, California.

11.2 Informal Resolution First

Before filing any arbitration, you must first send us a detailed written Notice of Dispute via certified mail. We have 60 days to attempt good-faith resolution. Arbitration may not begin until this period has passed.

11.3 – 11.5 Arbitration, Jury Waiver & Class Action Waiver
UNRESOLVED DISPUTES SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AAA. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY — CLASS ACTIONS AND REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
11.6 One-Year Limitation

All claims must be initiated within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims not raised within this period are permanently waived.

12 General Provisions
  • Changes: We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  • Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement. We may freely assign it.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, it will be modified to the minimum necessary, and the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
  • Survival: Sections 3.1, 4, 5, 6, and 8–12 survive termination of this Agreement.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, or natural disasters.

Community
Guidelines

These guidelines summarize the conduct expectations for all Interactive Studios community spaces. Your full legal obligations are governed by the Terms of Service above.

Interactive Studios is a real-life roleplay community grounded in quality, respect, and immersive gameplay. Whether you're on duty as an officer, responding as a paramedic, or living as a civilian — these rules apply everywhere in our community.

RULE 01 Be Respectful to Everyone
No Harassment or Hate Speech Harassment, bullying, threats, slurs, and discrimination are zero-tolerance violations. This includes behavior in-game, on Discord, and on any community platform.
Keep It Family-Friendly We are a 13+ community. Obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit content is not allowed anywhere in our spaces.
No Public Accusations Do not publicly call out or accuse other players of misconduct. Use the official report tools or contact staff privately.
RULE 02 Maintain a Safe Environment
Protect Privacy Never share your own or anyone else's personal information — real names, addresses, phone numbers, or any identifying details. Doxxing results in a permanent ban.
Stay On Topic Use the correct channels and categories. Do not derail conversations with off-topic discussions or flamewars.
No Spam or Advertising Repeated messages, excessive thread bumping, or unsolicited advertising are not permitted.
No Harmful Content Do not post anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity, exploits, or malicious software.
RULE 03 Take Responsibility for Your Content
Respect Copyright Do not post pirated materials or content you don't have the rights to share.
Appropriate Profiles Usernames, avatars, and profile content must comply with these guidelines. Violations will be reset by staff.
No Impersonation Do not impersonate Interactive Studios staff, other members, or any real-world person.
RULE 04 Respect Staff & Enforcement
Use the Report System If you see a violation, use the official report button or contact staff privately. Do not attempt to moderate situations yourself.
Consequences Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban from all Interactive Studios services.
Staff Decisions Are Final Publicly arguing with or disrespecting staff over a moderation decision is not permitted. Use the official appeal process if you believe an action was made in error.

  • Account details: username, email address, and password upon registration.
  • Purchase information: collected by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card details.
  • Communications: messages and content you send us through support or reporting channels.
  • Community content: posts, messages, or in-game creations made on our platforms.
Collected Automatically
  • Device data: IP address, device identifiers, OS, hardware specs, and browser type.
  • Gameplay data: session duration, in-game actions, progress, crash reports, and performance telemetry.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, traffic patterns, and standard web log information.

  • To operate and maintain the Services, including account management and game server operation.
  • To improve and optimize the Services through gameplay data analysis.
  • To protect our community — detecting cheating, preventing fraud, and enforcing our Terms.
  • To communicate essential account and service information to you.
  • To send marketing communications, only with your explicit consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations when required.
P3 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share data only with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processors, analytics) who are contractually obligated to protect your information, and only to the extent necessary to perform those services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our users or platform.

P4 Your Privacy Rights
  • Access & Correction: Review or update your account information in your account settings at any time.
  • Deletion: Request permanent account deletion by contacting us. This action is irreversible and results in loss of all game progress and purchased content.
  • Marketing Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. Transactional emails will continue.
  • Regional Rights: California residents (CCPA) and EEA/UK residents (GDPR) have additional rights. Contact us to exercise them.
P5 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
